You are able to have a combination of flower, concentrates, and other forms of marijuana product as long as it does not exceed the limitations. You may possess up to ten (10) ounces in your home. A Greatest Hits salesperson will be available to help you navigate the limitations.
No, you cannot smoke adult-use marijuana in a place where you are prohibited from smoking tobacco and you cannot consume adult-use marijuana – including smoking, vaping or eating – in a public place or on Federal land. The civil penalty is up to $100.

While you are driving, store marijuana in a closed container and place in your trunk or a locked glove compartment. A $500 civil penalty may be enforced if you have an open container of Marijuana in the passenger area of a vehicle while on the road or at a place where the public has access to it.
